I recently had a BP crash on all my sps and so I decided its time to restart my tank so I can finally get rid of my aiptasia infestation. I'm about to be handing all my live stock over to a friend of mine that she will be able to babysit for me until my tank is back up and running. Once I hand over all my livestock how should I eliminate all the aiptasia 100%, I was thinking of either draining the whole tank and let it sit out in the sun along with rock to dry it all out or maybe doing a chemical method to save me the hassle of draining the tank and moving it. I wanted some advice on how to completely wipe out the aiptasia 100% because I refuse to let them back into my tank this time. I'd like to re use the sand and rock and it doesn't matter to me whether or not if I keep the sand or rock alive. I plan to re cycle the whole tank and what not. So please let me know what you think is the best way to completely rid my tank of aiptasia 100%
