Restarting tank

Hi everyone!
I recently had a massive power outage which stopped my 40 gallon reef oxygenation system, killing all of my fish. Currently, i only have a kenya tree in the tank and a few hermits. I have 15 lbs of rock but today i am getting 30 lbs more. It is a 42 gallon tank. It is on h2ocean's reef mix. Any ideas on what corals to stock in it before reintroducing fish? I also have a nice canister filter and a hob protien skimmer.

Just an update, ideas for fish as well as corals are appreciated. Any input is fine. Also, im a beginner.

The entire night. Only the corals and crabs survived.

Sorry for the loss. Same thing happened to me while out of town several years ago.
