return line ,splititng into two lines

Fellas,
I am looking for some ideas for my new tank and new sump,return line and so on...If i use my RD pump for return and feed my chiller line and from the chiller back to the main tank would i have problems later on?
I am just tryting to use as less pump as possable.

That should work. How I would do it would be to have the return line T'ed somewhere near the bottom with the straight path going from the pump to the tank and side T path going to the chiller (this makes for the lowest headloss between the pump and display tank). Also, I'd place a tru-union ballvalve on both outlets of the T. This allows you to control the flow through the chiller by adjusting the ballvalves and allows for easy disconnect for maintanence.
