Looking to see if anyone knows about returning pumps? I bought a Rio1100 and decided I am going to need a mag 5. The pump is less than a week old.
Does anyone have a mag five lying around, or anyone want a Rio1100 if I cant return it?
My experience with companies like Marine Depot and Custom Aquatics is that they don't accept returns once the pump has touched water, unless the pump is defective, then they refer you to manufacturer's warranty.
