Return pump and plumbing question

Hi. I'm setting up a 180G tank with a 90G sump in my basement.

I'll have two 1,5'' dursos and drain pipes and two 1'' return pipes. Is it ok ?

I'm also planning to make a little manifold plugged on my return pump who'll feed my refugium, my skimmer and my phosphate reactor. Will I lose a lots of return flow by this manifold ?

I'd also like to have your suggestion on which return pump to use if I'll have about 13' of head ?

Thanks.

I would suggest you change you plans some. Setup your sump system to be a slow flow and use a closed loop to get most of the flow in your tank. If you go with the slower flow A genx mak4 would give you around 700 gph through the sump which would be fine for a 180, If you want to feed everything from your return pump you will need to go a larger on the pump.

Will you loose lots of flow, not really, but if you have a pump that gives you 800 gph at the 13 feet of head and you flow 200 gph to your skimmer you only have 600 left to go to the tank.
