return pump for 180g-200g

I'm using a blueline 40HD-X as my return and 2 Tunze 6060s for circulation in my 180. I'm only wanting the 3-5 times turn over display to sump so the skimmer can do its job. Just a thought. Also, keeps micro bubbles/water noise down. BTW the tank is not up and running yet! but the equipment is on its way! Lots of research and testing with current tank.

Thanks for the info ShadowViper...I had not previously looked into the snapper.
