Return pump for 220 with dual overflows

I think it has been about a decade since I post on RC. Alas, time for a new build! I am doing a 220g with dual RR overflows, 2 holes per overflow box. I will be using both holes for Herbie style drains and returning the water over the top. I want to use the DC Waveline pump. Should I get the 5000 or 10000? Also, should I make multiple return outlets or just one? I will have suplemental flow via vortec, jebo, tunze, still tbd. Thanks.

220g x 2 = 440g
220g x 5 = 1100g

Thus you need a pump that flows somewhere between 440gph and 1100gph. Not sure if those pumps you listed have that flow but if they do, they will work.

I use a waterblaster 5000 on a 475g, gives me 2-3x a hr turnover with a single return. One or two returns, personal preference. One return will create more current in the tank which is why I use a single return. When I had a 220g I used a velocity t4 going to a om squirt.... Worked great.

My understanding is they are the same also the speedwave DC. Just sold under different names.
