Return Pump for Remote Sump

I know this has been covered, however I couldn't find the helpful old threads.

I am setting up a remote sump;

Appr. 12' vertical
22' horizontal

Tank size is 165g, what recommendations do some of you folks have.

Iwaki try not to use 90 degree turns in pvc use two 45 . I use an rlt 55 sump only nine foot under the tank.

I have 14'-0 of head and using coralife 1100P. Very noisy but only 190w so pretty cheap to run. I get abt 700gph out of it. Once you get above 1100 gph ratings you start to see significant increase in wattage requirements. Pan world has decent pricing. With that kind of head I would keep flow to abt 5x the sump volume max or your sump will be all bubbles.
