a typical recommendation is to run about 5x display turnover through the sump, so you'll probably want to aim for 900-1000gph on a return pump after head loss. That may be a decent size selection, but it really depends on your plumbing.

And to add to crvz's good suggestions, it might be an option to upsize your return if you plan on incorporating a manifold to divert flow to various reactors and such. Just some food for thought.
