Return pump

Hi all, I have a pond master Hy-drive in my sump, I took it out to clean and relocate and noticed that there is rust coming from screws/impeller housing. I tried to take the impeller off and it's jammed probably with rust. I'm going to have to get a pump maybe reeflo or something asap so my question is will my fish and coral be alright overnight with just the koralia pumps?
Any help would be appreciated.
