will a 2400 GPH, pump be strong enough to take water up 10f?..i need a good return pump for my 400g...let me know what you think.

A dart is not a pressure rated pump but would probley work. Sequence has other nice pumps that would work good.
check out www.Sequencepumps.com they have very nice pumps. How much flow are you looking for after the 10ft? How many turns or elbows in that 10ft span so we can get a more accurate head pressure value.

You'd be better off with a pressure rated pump like some Pan-worlds, Iwakis, Gen-X, and Sequence.

thanks for all the replys, its going to shoot out into three different hose's, each hose is 3/4", there will be 1 elbow for each. i dont have alot to spend on the pump...max $300. ca.
let me know what you think.
