i know the advice on a return pump is that i only need so much. but for a 210g with a 65g ish sump would a 1300gph pump be better than a 1800gph pump ??. not going to be running any reactors or anything like that.

you are going to run a bubble blaster 5000 on your skimmer HY5000W – 9″ x 4½” x 7¾” {1¼” inlet / 1″ outlet}
60watts 97% efficiency Max Flow=1300gph
It is recommended by many forums on RC that you run your return pump at the same GPH as your skimmer
The reeflo external pumps like the Snapper-Dart Hybrid and Hammerhead Hybrid will work well. as you can adjust the pump output and watt consumption

bubble blaster 5000 is 45w at 600gph. and water blaster 5000 is 60w at 1300gph.
