In case anyone is looking for a replacement for the now discontinued Radium 150w 20k, my review below.
I have been using the Radium 20k 150w bulb for many years now and now they are discontinued in the US, so I have been looking for a suitable replacement. When I first started using Metal Halides I used the Phoenix 14k bulb and it was a little dim for my tastes but gave an ok look to the tank, but left me wanting more. Then I found the Radium 20k, wow what a difference! I have been using that bulb for many years now with great success and visual appeal. It gave off a great white light with a hint of blue. So now I had to find the replacement, I chose the Hamilton 20k 150w double ended. This gives off the same bright white that really lights up the tank and still a hint of blue that brings out that pop from your corals. I was nervous about finding a replacement for such a great bulb and am very happy I found the Hamilton for its replacement.
