Will not buy from them again!
My reef builder is backordered 3 weeks! They should show that the item is not available on the web page! Instead you pay for it and get on a waiting list :S...

Also my fiji purple bulb is backordered but 1 week, not as bad as 3!!!

Hope people read this..

After reading this I thought something was wrong. So I asked my family members, it turns out that my aunt received the order when it arrived and decided to put the bulbs in the living room and the other smaller box in the garage and forgot about this smaller box. I asked her and everybody I could think about and nobody knew anything about the smaller box, so I wrote:

When aquacave wrote back I looked all over the house and found the box. It was shipped with the bulbs and arrived when I was told when I called the first time and they said it was back ordered. I apologize for this since the order was shipped complete and I hope I didn't cause too much of an inconvenience. The service was great when I called and also really good through the forum.
All do I would want to say that a businesses as aquacave should have live updates on the stock so that the situation where items are back ordered does not occur to the clients. Unless it doesn't matter time wise and they decide to buy it.

I have nothing but praise about Aquacve. I have been using them for about four years now. Over this time, there have been issues but Albert at Aquacave is approachable, responds promptly and resolves the issues immediately. I have decided to use aquacave solely for all my reef tank needs.

I also look forward to using aquacave later on when needed! Everything arrived in good condition and all do it was shipped late due to not being in stock in arrived on the late date that was set. Maybe my only recommendation would be to check and see if its in stock like with any other supplier but aquacave gave me great service which I appreciate the most.
