Use Revive Coral Cleaner developed by Julian Sprung. I have tried other products but found this to be the most successful. Try at your own risk!

When I say flatworms, it will kill this species. I have not tried on the larger:

Materials Needed:
1. ReVive Coral Cleaner
2. Saltwater Ready for an Emergency Water Change
3. Carbon

Application:
This treatment is best used in coral frag systems. The recommended dosage of ReVive is 40ml per gallon of water for normal treatment. To kill ordinary flatworms approximately 3-5ml of ReVive per gallon is needed.

What ReVive Kills in this order:
1. Fish 1-2ml per gallon
2. Copepods 2ml per gallon
3. Flatworms 3-5ml per gallon
4. Inverts 5+ ml per gallon
5. Corals 5+ ml per gallon

Directions:
1. Siphon out as many flatworms as possible.
2. Add 1ml per gallon of ReVive to your aquarium. Repeat dosage every 10 minutes until 3ml per gallon is achieved.
3. You should begin to see copepod death and flatworm death.
4. If flatworms do not die add 1ml per gallon of ReVive (4ml per gallon now in the tank) and wait 10 minutes.
5. If flatworms still do not die add another 1ml per gallon of ReVive (5ml per gallon now in the tank) and wait 10 minutes.
6. All flatworms should be dead.
7. Add carbon into your aquarium. I used 3lbs of Bulk Reef Supply carbon for 150 gallons. Rather be safe than sorry.
8. Skimmer will flood, then shut down, then begin to perform as usual. Keep the skimmer clean during this process. The skimate will be cloudy.
9. Water will appear cloudy for about 12-24 hours, but then should be clear.
10. If corals begin to waste away, perform an emergency water change.
11. Monitor nutrient levels through the week, a diatom bloom is normal. Some acroporas browned, but none died.
