ric or yuma problem

Hi guys got new mushy not quite sure which variety ,was allright first couple of days but now has like cotton wool film forming on it i have noticed my cleaner shrimp cleaning round the edges of it could this be the cause. any info appreciated ive attached a couple of pics they aint that good though.

Indeed, these pics are difficult to make out. However, it looks like you have a Ricordea Yuma or two there.

Unfortunately, it is difficult to see what you're talking about with his/her condition. A better photo would be beneficial.
