Ric questions

So I have a bunch of different rics in my tank under 20K 400w lighting. Where should they be as far as exposure? I know they could be much bigger and I think if I move them into less light this will in turn make them open up more. Is this correct? I have some green mushrooms that are huge and they are in less light so would somewhere near these guys be a good choice?

I like to have them closer to the bottom of the tank, they seem to do great at low light.

Great I moved them towards the bottom in less light we'll see how they do over the next week.

Are they Floridas or Yumas? Floridas can take higher light while yumas need more indirect or shadowed lighting.....If they are floridas with 400w I would say you can keep them in direct lighting but lower in the tank. Yumas I would move them to the shadows or some where the lighting isn't as intense.

I have both (ric/yuma) near the bottom of the tank and they do just fine.
