Ric/Shroom lighting?

tank is

48" long 24" wide 17" high

3-4" sandbed

Im starting a LPS tank with a few softie/zoos/rics/shrooms

I want to know what you would suggest for lighting?

I'm going for a VHO setup ... is this too much light for shrooms? to little light for rics?

What would you suggest ... the tank is very short so I figure VHO is more then enough light

Vho should be fine. I keep my rics under pc's in a 58 and they do great, but I've also had them under 400 watt halides with very few problems. Vho's will give you the ability to keep high light corals as well as low light things. Good luck, and it sounds like your off to a good start.
