richmond wrasse

Ive never seen this fish in the US before. Judging by the genus and all, I would question how reefsafe it would be- most of that group are hard on shrimp, small crabs, worms, clams and such. You may be OK with coral- Im sure it would be fine with soft coral. They stay relatively small, average 6-7", I would say a 55 or 75 would be a decent minimum tank size for one.

I was just curious, I bought one yesterday. It is soooo bad to the bone. It is way more beautiful in person then in the pictures. My lfs store said it should be good to go. He orders allot of stuff in that region of the world.
 
I have a pair but the female died. I still have the male for almost 2 yrs now. It's really a beautiful fish. It has a bright green and blue color.

One of the most beautiful wrasses I have ever laid eyes on!
I just paid 150 bux for one and was thrilled to get it...never seen it in LFS
at least not even close to the beauty of this one.....

Real eye catcher. Bothers nobody it seems....
Got it off of a friend who was downsizing etc...
