ricordea: aggressive or not?

I was gifted with quite a few discosomas that hitchhiked into my sps tank. (52, areas of moderate and high flow, 250 mh light with actinics). They're quiet neighbors to my sps and fish and don't bother anything. Which leads me to wonder if ricordeas might add a splash of color to the mix. How are their manners toward neighbors? Life requirements? The greenstripes and purple discosomas are multiplying like aiptasia (well, not quite that abundant, but close) and I thought I'd like a bit more variety in 'shrooms. Is this realistic?

Ah. Then that explains why one doesn't see mixed tanks. Sigh. It would have been nice.

i had a blue ric that fell on an aiptasia and melted it away - the ric was fine. i've also got a nice colony of yumas that rest on my tree leather and xenia with no ill effects.

guess it really depends...
