Ricordea question

I have had my white ric. for about 2 weeks now and it was free floating when I got it. It has been in one of my frag cup since then and it just will not attach. It opens so large and full that I had to take the mesh off the top of my dish. This thing is so open it covers the dish but it will not attach... I am afraid to leave it in the tank free floating because. the closed loop will suck it up... I Was hoping somebody here would have some trick... i am getting tired of the dish and would like to move this thing out into the open.

A little super glue gel will do the trick!

I think ricordia are too slimy for super glue. You could try needle and thread and loosely tie it to a piece of rock.
