Ricordea Recovery Help

I bought some ricordeas in real bad shape almost a month ago. They are very bleached, you can just barely tell what color they will end up and are about the size of a dime right now. Not happy at all! I think they will all make it, but I was wondering what anyone here has done to help their unhappy rics recover.

Get your water params stable and how much lighting are they under?

water params are good, just tested them yesterday. Alkalinity was just a tad low, will check again tonight. They are under 80 watts of T-5s. I'm thinking I should place them lower. They are about midway up the tank. Its a 16g bowfront. Every other coral is doing great.

no magjis. low light and low flowm water conds and changes and wait, If you have other rics and do great they may make it or just melt away
