I just got some ric's and they are getting decent flow is that ok or are they a low flow coral. i mean there not blowing in the water, but you can see its obvious that its getting some flow.

give them a few days to really settle into your tank.if they arent blown up to full size you might want to move them.they can handle flow as long as it isnt crazy flow(like sps flow)mine didnt like it when i put them into the high flow areas,but i do have some rics in my sps tank and they are doing fine.

i have medium low flow in my tank and they just sway a little

well like the edges come up occasionally put there not being like thrashed around I don't think. I'll see what happens.

You're probably going to end up moving them to a lower flo area. Mine will not open up nice and puffy if the edges are being blown up.

Ya since the lights went off they are really getting good flow... I think I will stash them some where, because they came from a low light refugium, but I am gonna toss em on top I think.
