They should be fine in lower nitrate concentrations. I probably wouldn't recommend more than ~20-25ppm over a long period of time for any coral though.
Ric floridas are "dirty" water corals. They prefer tanks that aren't over-skimmed from what I've seen, but that doesn't mean they'll be as healthy with high nitrates. If I were you I'd try to limit your nitrates as much as possible just to be sure.
