Ricordia florida bleaching

I've had this R. florida since December 2005 and it has always had full color. There is another one just like it adjacent to it with full color. I don't understand why it's losing color. I have 96 watt actinics and 96 watt dual daylight PC lights on my 65-gallon tank that haven't been replaced since August 2005, but my new lights are being shipped at the moment. The mushroom is on a rock placed on my 2" deep sand bed about 8" to the right of the bottom left and front corner. I have appropriate flow for its location and it has easily been feeding on chunks of squid. All other corals in my tank aren't bleaching. This is the first occurrence of bleaching in this particular mushroom. My nitrate is about 40 ppm, but the tank usually maintains itself at 20 ppm w/o any problems. 0 ppm ammonia, 0 ppm nitrite, 420 ppm calcium, temp is about 80 degrees Fahrenheit, and salinity is 1.025. Any ideas as to why it's bleaching?

You said it yourself = Old Bulbs !!!

Do not let your lights get older than 9 months.

It will color up again after a few weeks under the new bulbs.
