i have had my green florida ricordia in my tank for about 3 years now, and over time they have lost color and their tips and elongated. its there anyway to bring them back. i was giving them direct shot of phytoplankton and have been supplementing regularly. they are in a ten gallon with 40watts worth of 50/50 lighting. its only the greens my orange is doing fine at they are in the same spot. any advice?

How old are bulbs?

Ricordea aren't filter feeders so they don't do phytoplankton. Usually fed brine shrimp, mysis, etc if anything.

And just cause i am sick of seeing it <bangs head on skimmer>...they are Ricordea Florida and Ricordea Yuma. Two types of Ricordea mushroom. Not "rics and yumas." Yumas have knobs around their mouth and a radial pattern coming out from the mouth. They also tend to like a bit more light/flow than Florida's.

Make sure you go to the doctor if you are that sick....lol
