well for me i feed my rics mysid shrimp and for water flow i put them in low flow for lighting it should be okay under anything.my orange is the size of a silver dollar and my blue is a little bigger than a silver dollar

I have mine under pc lights in very low flow, and its tripled in size in 3 weeks. I feed mysis shrimp to my rics and rhodactis every 3-4 days and phytoplankton every 3 days (for my other filter feeders also).
