im going to rio, brazil during the carnival in february. i would like to know some good diving spots, and secondly i live in Los angeles, and need to know a good diving school located here. and any travel tips for my trip would be appreciated. thx.

Sure....Well I was born in Brazil, but from Sao Paulo.

Any ways I would suggest you to be on a spot where tourists would hang out more. And be carefull of RIO, because is not a place where you want to carry lots of cash, jewelry or anything valuable. Appearances will deceive you and hope you know some people in there because if you don't, carefull with some people. The place is amazing, but just carefull.

Good Luck and hopefully you will find a good spot for diving. And don't forget to eat our famous Brazilian BBQ, churrasco.
