Anemones for life
so after a long day of work... i came home today to find my Femal Snownyx clownfish that ive had for a litte over 1 year now.. and for som strange reason jumped out of the tank :(

i bought them from my breeder and he told me they were paired up for 1 year before i bought em, so this pair had been together for nearly 2 years...

that hardest thing about this whole scenario, is this weekend i had it planned out to make 2 tops for the tank, a screen top for the day, and an acrylic top for the night to help with Overflow sound while i sleep since it is in my room.. :(

its def sad to see my male swimming alone now too, suck too cause i bought these clowns when i was unemployed... (thank god im not anymore)... and put alot of effort to provide a good enviroment for them, and i really just loved this pair of clowns, hey were super friendly when i stuck my hand in the tank, and just very active to watch

Just had to vent is all

sorry for your loss...

I learned my lesson with jumpers from my FW tank, so before I put my clowns in the SW tank I built screens. Originally I was building them for my wrasse, but I got them done early as the clowns were going in first.

That sucks. She was a nice one. Even though they look nice, I won't buy a tank without a lid for this reason. I hope you can find a nice replacement for her.
