Just so you know what to expect its a few years old and doesn't look new but it works great ;-)

I don't I met the guy from dA at reefapolooza and told him that I purchased it used and didn't get it, he told me to email support and they would send it out for free. I never bothered because the firmware was and is I think current

I would say try that first otherwise it's $12 on their site I believe

Unit now comes with brand new SID which will arrive tomorrow afternoon via UPS!

Have the brand new SID cable now too so it can be hooked to your computer and managed there, and also can be used for firmware updates someone buy this so I don't have to waste it on a 14g nano as a thermometer lol

No asm g skimmers thanks, want something relatively new with a somewhat power efficient pump
