RMA 100134259 -- Not happy at all.

Gents,

I sent back a pair of lights (RMA-d.) You recieved them last week (Monday.) The total minus your 10% restocking fee I should have seen back is $391.41. You rep Alan stated my card was credited back on the 13th. I called my bank today and they told me you have NOT credited back my card yet -- if you did they would have seen it right away. I called your accounting department and did not feel I got any answers (I was told it could take 3 business days but my account is still not credited back today -- 3 days!) Please provide some information as to why I have not been credited back.

I checked on your return and we have refunded your account. The quoted 3 days is correct, but it is 3 business days. Your bank should know that refunds are not instantaneous and can take 3-5 days to post back to your account.

I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. If you don't receive the refund let me know and i will check on it myself.
