RMS mount submerged

Part of my RMS mount is submerged in my tank. Is that an issue?
Should I be worried about rust or leeching metals?

I think I read about this before and I'm pretty sure it's ok.
Besides do you really think they would make it so it would leach anything in the water?

Marine,

Certain types of aquariums will see a small amount of the RMS submerged. That said, the inside portion is made of an aquarium safe plastic and will not cause any harm or leech anything, let alone a toxin.
