You could go for the smallest available size, something like 50g per day or less. Works how much water you use every day, then you will see what size water filter you will need.
I've got a 55 gallon, and use a 35 GPD unit here (Kent HI-S Maxxima). It has served me well over the last 3 years plus.
I would highly recommend getting the inline dual TDS meter as well so you can tell how well it is working and when it is time to replace the filters (RO membrane should last a long time, but the others (carbon block, sediment, and DI cartridges) will need replaced semi regularly.. the TDS meter will let you know when
Get a 75 GPD unit, the price and physical size are the same but it makes water anywhere from 50% to 300% faster so you are not standing around watching it drip.....drip...drip.
