Hi all
I ordered an RO/DI unit from BRS which had a leak from the start. Turns out one of the 1/4 male to male connectors was snapped. Great support from BRS and new connectors turned up the next day. Only issue is i cant get the snapped half out!! Anyone got any ideas or had this issue. They suggested a closed pair of scissors if it was stuck but this isn't helping. Will call them when they open but would like to get up and running tonight.
