RO/DI measurement with a TDS meter

Hey,
I just got a TDS meter and hooked up my RO/DI unit. I haven't used it because it was disconnected for a while and I wasn't sure if the membrane was still OK. I measured my tap water and got a reading of ~430ppm. I tested my RO/DI water and got a reading of ~17ppm. Does that sound OK for a 4 stage RO/DI unit?

It should be 0-1 ppm. 17 isn't terrible though.

I agree with Jerry, Sounds like maybe you just need to replace the DI resin and you will at it's best...Sounds as though the RO membrane is fine..
