RO/DI Pressure

I have an Aquatic Life 4 stage RO/DI unit and I'm having issues with water pressure to the unit. I have 40psi coming from the tap, but less than 20psi going to the unit. I've added a booster pump, but this hasn't helped much.

I have checked and all of the hoses and cartridges are set up per the instructions.

What could be causing such low water pressure and how can I resolve this? It is taking about 20 hours to make 30 gallons of water and its very frustrating.

Just spoke with Aquatic Life and have to say they have excellent customer service. Have a few options to try tonight.

So what is between the point you measured the 40psi and the point where you measured 20psi?
Just tubing?

If you are measuring the 20PSI right before the RO membrane that would mean that the prefilters are clogged/end of life
