RO/DI Question

Anyone using a 5 stage unit with booster pump? Problem I am having is booster pump seems to be working whole process has sped up, but evertime unit shuts down one of the carbon canister's drains down and also while running all chambers are full except DI stays at halfway. Any ideas?

Both situations perfectly fine.

Just curious because before adding booster pump all canisters stayed full even at shutdown or while running.....
