RO/DI Question

I have a BRS 75gpd RO/DI unit. I was changing out my filters and decided to go ahead and change out the membrane since I've had it for 3 years. So, all new filters and membrane in, and the unit is acting different now. Pressure in gauge used to read at 40psi, now it's close to 60. It's making water twice as fast now, obviously with the higher pressure. Also, the quality of the output from the membrane is different. It used to read 4tds, with 0 out of the DI. I still get 0 out of the DI, but the output from the membrane is now around 11-12. It just because it's a different brand of membrane? Is something else going on? Thanks!!

Where inline is the pressure gauge? Post prefilters..or before...
a loss of pressure is indicative of spent prefilters so it may be totally fine now that you replaced them assuming the gauge is after them..

Ro membranes are available in different rejection rates too
