RO/DI Unit

Hi

I was looking into getting an RO/DI unit, but I have a few questions.

Can these be shut off when not in use? (valve at the inlet)

My house runs off of well water with crappy presure. 40 PSI when the pump starts and down from there. Can these units handle that?

Will low water pressure and turning off the inlet water decrease the membranes life and if so how much?

Yes you can shut them off or just leat them run on demand.

www.thefilterguys.biz will have everything you could need at a really good price. Most of the people in our local club uses their products and have not heard a problem with them yet. I needed to get a booster pump as well, and they sell them.
