Well ill say it again the typhoon III extreme is worth every penny its fast and the water is clean.

...and i haven't a clue how good the typhoon (non-extreme) is; however, i got a great deal on craigslist. mounted but not connected to water yet and new cartridges are on the way.

If i was going to get the Typhoon extreme for a little bit more i would for sure get the Spectrapure Max Cap over it! But for $200 i dont think the Filter guys can be beat there customer service has been awesome answering all my questions in a very timely manner
