ro/di water issues

I'm in the process of setting up a new system at a new location we just moved to. It is somewhat remote and am dealing with very hard well water. Never having dealt with well water in the past I was unaware that I might be dealing with issues. The problem is that apparently with the levels that are in the water I have a co2 issue. From what I've been told co2 will very quickly expire the di resin. Here are numbers that I have from the water test:

RAW WATER: 75 grains Hard, 4 PPM Iron, TDS 1213, PH 7, Nitrate 0, ALK 240, Manganes .112

TREATED WATER AFTER IRON FILTER AND SOFTNER: everything is at zero except the tds, ph and alk which I've been told is the same.

I'm really looking to set up an ro/di system in the house as to avoid having water brought in but after talking to several ro/di companies I'm having a tough time getting someone to actually help me. Is there a solution?

seems alot of people recommend the filter guys,

I tried them. They didn't have an answer. I also had been working with Spectrapure and they couldn't help as well due to ordering a larger number of specialized membranes that they felt they couldn't warrant. Just curious if anyone else has had issues like this and what they did to solve things.

Aerating the water will remove the excess carbon dioxide. Then run the aerated water through your RO/DI unit.
I think this should work.

Call Bryan at PurelyH20 (he may or may not have an answer).

It does sound like you may need to use an aerated holding tank type of setup with a recirculation loop of some kind.

I don’t think it would need to be anything complicated.
Push your water through your prefilters into a holding tank.
Aerate the water in the holding tank. Gravity feed a booster pump from the holding tank into your RO unit, etc.

Thanks everyone! I'm slowly learning ALOT more than I ever thought I would (or need to) about the ro process. I'm working with a couple companies that I think can get me headed in the right direction.
