If you are running a straight macro tank, do you need the DI section? Can you just take the RO and not worry about any remaining Total Dissolved Solids?
Kinda depends on your source water. For example if you have a lot of silicates in your water, keeping the DI stage with DI resin that helps remove silicates would be a good idea. Diatoms are no fun at all in a macro tank.
