Are there any RO/DI units that work without water overflow?
I guess the principle is that the water mains pressure forces the water through the system and the 'dirty' water overflows into a drain or similar. Was wondering if there is a system that doesn't have a drain away? Unlikely I know...
Alternatively, how difficult would it be for me to plumb the system so my topup tank when full stops the water entering the RO unit? As it stands I am using floats in the topup sections to stop the flow of water from the RO unit but this doesn't stop the overflow going 24h a day.
Thanks in advance,
Gary
