Does anyone have a good, used ro system for sale?

Why - your last tank did so well on tap water. Why would you want to change?

well you are right, i never had any problems, but i am afraid of something possibly happening over time...... mostly because everyone makes such a big deal about needing one.

Before you pay for a RO/DI system and become a slave to it why not drop some coin on having a sample of your tap water tested. You may be one of the lucky ones that don't have any issues and if you do they may be something that just a DI could remedy.

EPA will test your tap water for free. You just have to contact them and request that your local water be tested for safety. Also, your local water supplier has to have it tested regularly and has results that are public record. Just call and request the test results. They will have ppm for all sorts of stuff.
