RO/IO? Do you mean RO/DI or are you talking about something super awesome that I have never heard of. If you do mean RO/DI then I would check out bulkreefsupply.com you can set yourself up with a nice 75GDP (Gallons Per Day) 5 Stage System for $170.27 shipped.
Personally I don't see a need for a massive 150GPD and with your stated budget you shouldn't either. If you run carbon or a phosban type product you can buy both in bulk on the same order and save a ton of cash.
Another place to check out is melevsreef.com he sells some 100gpd 5 stage units for $194.00 shipped. His includes some additional hose fittings but you could just go pick those up at Lowes or Home Depot should you decide you want to got that route.

There are three RC sponsors that I've consistently heard good things about: Air Water & Ice, Buckeye Field Supply, and The Filter Guys. I've dealt with Air Water & Ice and The Filter Guys and been extremely pleased with both. Your needs depend on several factors. Do you have good line pressure? Does your water have chloramines? Do you want/need DI as well?
