Could a 2 year membrane leak stuff back in the ro water. I am getting algea that i had two years ago. looks like diatoms and some hair algea. phos-0, cal-450, alk ok range, ph-82. I change the filters and the di resin every 6 months should i change the membrane.

Yes it can if it's been penetrated by biofouling or chlorine damage. Check the TDS of the water before the DI and post the reading.
