I read that RO system reduces the taste of chlorine in the water and realize that after 24 hours chlorine evaporates but there is nothing stated about chlorimine. Does the RO system remove chlorimine or do I need to use a chemical DeChlor in the RO water as well?
hahah solid air..... hehehe
It's void of flavor that's why I LOVE it so much!!!
I think I would do well starting a bottled water company and selling RO with NO MINERALS ADDED FOR TASTE..
I'm sure there are more people out there with the same tastes as mine..
heheh, you can keep your garden hose...
Infact I bet I could rig up a garden hose under your kitchen sink for you so when you get water it will taste like that every time!! hahaha that would be an awesome DIY project....
Just 0 TDS water is bad to drink. My RO kicks out at about 35ppm
So that's perfectly fine to drink...
It's negatively charged 0 TDS water that's bad, that's why we just drink RO only no DI..
My RO dows double duty for household drinking and Tanks filling. I put the RO inline filters going to the storage tanks and the Top-off tank so only the fish get the RO water. I just replaced the membrane yesterday...What a difference in the taste. Some of my chemistry problems might have been a wore out filter.
