Rock flower anemones eating bristleworms

Anyone ever notice their rock flower eating bristleworms? I noticed the other day that a bristle was around my nem, then it got stung, and the nem gulped it up. Being curious, I got some small bristle worms from my fuge, stuck it to the tentacles of another rock flower I have. The worm tried to crawl away, but the tentacles stung, the worm stopped, and gulp!

Maybe a cheap source of food for your rock flowers?

I once had a bristle worm fall off a rock I was moving in the tank onto a BTA. The BTA had no problem eating him. I remember watching it and thinking how glad I was that he fell off and didn't sting me. The BTA was glad too.

Heh cool!
I fished some more worms out and fed all three rock flowers I have. They take them up really fast! I'm probably not going to make this a regular feed, but it's nice to know I have the option.
