Last night I noticed some very short hairy looking white fuzz. Today I went to check on the tank and saw some slimy looking stuff floating on the top in the pump chamber of the sump. Some of this stuff is free floating. I tried to pick it out but it disolved and sank. Below are some shots of the very fine pieces hanging on top the LR which is where it looks like it came from.
Do you know what this may be? I have nothing in the tank yet except the rock that is just starting to show signs of algae.
