Rock question

Ok so I'm about to start setting up my next in the next month and I have my rock already (BRS Eco reef saver dry) would it be smart for me to put it in a brute container with saltwater and temp and flow and/or give it a acid bath for it won't leech phosphates or just what till I put it in the tank.

If you bought them new, they should be sterile; if they came from a system that had nitrate or phosphate problems, I'd suggest the acid bath.

I'd soak it for a while. I had mine in a rubbermaid tote for a couple of months with a 5 lb piece of LR and a heater and powerhead to help get the seeding started. Be prepared though, I went through two stages of algae/bacteria outbreaks with it after setting up the tank. About 2 months in I had a clear fuzzy algae or bacteria that coated all of the BRS Eco-saver rock. That cleared up then I had a big cyano outbreak that lasted a month or so. It's been about 14 months now and it's hard to tell what pieces were BRS rocks and which were LR.

Yyour good to put them into the tank and start your cycle. Be sure to put down egg crate or 1/2 light grid to keep them stable so burrowing critters dont inadvertantly knock down your stack. Before you add your substrate.
